Working together

When working together, my aim is to offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and meet yourself with gentleness and honesty. There’s no expectation to be ready, polished, or certain of what you need — we’ll take things at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing or forcing change. It’s about curiosity, compassion, and creating space for what’s already within you. I work well with people who are ready — or almost ready — to come home to themselves. Those who want — to turn down the noise of “shoulds” and start trusting what’s true for them. I love those moments when someone begins to feel their own compass again — when things start to make sense from the inside out, and they realise they already hold what they’ve been searching for.

What you can expect

  • A calm, steady presence, where you’re invited to notice what’s happening for you in the moment — thoughts, feelings, body sensations — without judgement.

  • Gentle presence, reflections, and questions that help you make sense of your experience and explore new ways of relating to yourself.

  • Regular check-ins to ensure the work feels supportive, meaningful, and aligned with your pace.

  • A space that is inclusive, affirming, and trauma-aware, where your identity, neurodiversity, and lived experience are respected and valued.

I offer online sessions for adults across the UK, designed to fit into your life with ease. Whether you come weekly, fortnightly, or in another rhythm that suits you, you set the pace. You can pause or stop at any time, and we’ll check in together on how the therapy feels as we go.

The next step

If you’re thinking about starting therapy, you can use the contact page to complete the initial enquiry, email, call or text me. I aim to get back to you within 2 working days. We can arrange a short initial conversation to see if this space feels like a good fit — no pressure, no expectation, just a chance to connect.

In Essence

My hope is that our work helps you feel more at home in yourself — more real, more steady, more you.

My therapeutic approach; in real terms

My approach is person-centred: I believe in the inherent value and worth of every human, and that we all have the capacity for growth and positive change. Therapy with me provides a space where you can explore, notice, and reflect on different aspects of yourself in ways that feel meaningful and authentic – safely and free from judgement.

In sessions, you set the focus and the pace. I offer an attuned, steady presence and reflections that help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We pause when something feels unclear or challenging, and together we notice patterns, possibilities, and connections in your experience.

This space allows you to engage with all parts of yourself — the familiar and the overlooked — and to experiment with new ways of thinking, feeling, and being. Over time, this can support you in becoming your most authentic self: more aligned, resilient, and grounded in who you truly are.

How I approach Equality, Diversity and inclusion

I aim to offer therapy that is inclusive, accessible, and affirming for people from all backgrounds, identities, and neurotypes.

My practice is grounded in curiosity, respect, and the understanding that each person's lived experience shapes how they engage with therapy. I welcome feedback about how I can make our work together more accessible and comfortable for you.

I'm happy to adapt materials or communication methods (for example, larger text, plain language summaries or alternative platforms). Some adjustments may take time to prepare, but I'll do my best to meet your needs collaboratively.

I continue to develop my awareness around diversity, inclusion and neurodiversity and engage in regular training to assist this as part of my professional registration.

safeguarding

I provide a safe, confidential space for therapy. If I ever have concerns about someone’s safety or wellbeing, I follow professional and legal guidance to ensure appropriate support. A full safeguarding policy is available on request.
