Fees

I know that life can be challenging and chaotic sometimes, and that it isn't always possible to give 24 hours' notice of cancellation. I stive to provide fair and accessible therapy, and as such offer all clients one free pass to miss or cancel an appointment without the requested 24 hours' notice without incurring a fee. This is something I would discuss with you if we agree to work together.

Missed sessions will be followed up with an email, unless I believe you are at serious risk of harm. 

I do not offer block booking discounts or pre book multiple sessions - I want you to remain committed and engaged in therapy because you find value in the work we do together, not because of a financial commitment.
