Hello, I’m Hannah, a person-centred therapist who offers online counselling for adults across the UK. My approach is calm, grounded, and rooted in the belief that we all deserve to be met as we are — without judgement, expectation, or pressure to be anything other than human.
I’m a late-diagnosed autistic ADHDer, and this shapes my understanding of the many ways people experience and communicate their inner world. My work is neurodiversity-affirming and inclusive; I aim to offer a space that welcomes all parts of you — even those that have felt misunderstood or unseen.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in nursing and holistic health, and that background continues to influence the care and compassion I bring to my practice. I believe in tending to the whole person — mind, body, and story — and in the power of gentle, radical acceptance as a foundation for change.
I’m a fully qualified, registered, and insured person-centred therapist, and I work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework.
If you’ve found yourself here and something resonates, I warmly welcome you to reach out — even if you’re unsure, or don't know what the next step is. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. I’ll meet you where you are.
Curious about what it’s like to actually step into therapy with me? head over to working together – I’ll explore how our sessions might feel, what you can expect, and how we can start this adventure of coming home to yourself (no pressure, no map required).
